India's First Indian-Fusion Specialty Cinnamon Roll
Cardamom. Saffron. Chai masala. Gulkand rose. Each one handcrafted, each one unmistakably Indian. Coming 2026.
Why We Exist
India has been perfecting its spices for thousands of years. We just found a new way to use them. One spiral at a time.
Three Hero Flavours
01
Slow-proofed dough spiralled with green cardamom and finished in a poured saffron cream glaze, scattered with dried rose petals. The original. The one we built everything around.
02
Ginger, clove, black pepper, star anise, cinnamon — the full cutting chai spice box baked into the dough and layered with a swirl of spiced vanilla cream. Warming and unapologetically bold.
03
Rose preserve and gulkand folded into slow-proofed dough, finished with a rose glaze and scattered with crushed pistachios and dried petals. Available in limited seasonal drops only — never on the permanent menu.

From the Founder
I spent a long time eating things that were almost right — almost indulgent, almost familiar, almost mine. Meetha Fera is my answer to that feeling. It is built around the flavours I grew up with, crafted with the same seriousness I'd give anything I truly believe in. This is not a trend. This is a bakery I wanted to exist and couldn't find.Founder, Meetha Fera
